My Methodology

Every coaching relationship is unique, but there’s a rhythm to the way I guide my clients. My approach is gentle, practical, and holistic—supporting your growth across all areas of life.

  • We begin by building trust. We’ll create a calm, nonjudgmental space to be yourself, without pressure or expectation. Together, we’ll create a holistic sense of safety by looking at multiple areas of your life so that you feel grounded and supported.

  • Next, we slow down and reflect. I’ll help you notice patterns, name your emotions, and clarify your values. This step isn’t about me giving you answers—it’s about helping you uncover your own.

  • Insight alone is useful, but applying it makes it powerful. I’ll share practical tools you can use in daily life—whether that’s coping strategies for stress, creating habits that stick, or teaching financial skills** that bring stability. Every strategy is tailored to your needs.

  • The final step is weaving everything together. You’ll practice setting boundaries, trusting your intuition, and celebrating your growth. My goal is to help you carry these changes into every part of your life—so you don’t just feel like yourself in our sessions, but in your day-to-day life as well.

* I am not a licensed mental health professional and cannot diagnose you with any mental health condition. I can only point you in a direction that I believe will help you best, using my own personal experience with mental health. If you want an official diagnosis, you must seek out a mental health professional, which I can help find.

** I am not a licensed financial advisor or coach. I am someone with an interest in personal finance and am sharing wisdom and opinions I learned throughout my life. All discussion relating to finances is considered to be my own opinions relating to finance and not financial advice.
