Frequently Asked Questions
What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a collaborative process that helps you uncover who you are, clarify what matters most, and build practical tools to live in alignment with your values. It’s about creating a safe space where you can reflect, grow, and feel supported—not just in your mind, but in your relationships, habits, and daily life.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is forward-focused. While therapy often explores and heals the past, coaching is about noticing patterns in the present and taking practical steps toward the future. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and I am not a licensed mental health professional. If therapy feels like a better fit, I can help you explore options and find the right therapist. Coaching and therapy often focus on different areas, so doing both at the same time can be helpful as well.
Do you work with neurodivergent clients?
Yes. I specialize in working with teens and adults who live with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, or BPD. My approach is flexible and supportive—I adapt strategies and tools to fit your needs, not the other way around.
What can we work on together?
Some common areas include:
Building self-trust and confidence
Creating healthier relationships and boundaries
Developing coping skills and stress management tools
Nervous system awareness and regulation
Financial well-being and practical life skills
Self-discovery, intuition, and values alignment

How long should I expect to work with you?
It depends on your needs. Some clients just want a single focused session. Others choose a 3- or 6-session package to build momentum. Ongoing monthly coaching for continued support is offered as well. During our free discovery call, we’ll decide what feels right for you.
What happens during a session?
Sessions are relaxed and conversational. We’ll talk about what’s been on your mind, reflect together, and explore both insights and practical tools you can take with you. I may suggest journaling prompts, nervous system practices, or simple strategies between sessions to help integrate what we discuss.
What if I need financial or mental health advice?
I am not a licensed therapist or financial advisor. While I can share supportive tools, reflections, and life skills, I do not diagnose or provide medical or financial advice. If you need specialized help, I’ll encourage you to connect with the appropriate professional.
