Meet Clay

I believe trust begins with knowing who your coach is.

I started my career as a mechanical engineer, following the path I thought I was supposed to take. On paper, I was successful. But the life I had built wasn’t truly mine. It was shaped by others’ expectations. After years of therapy, constant change, and deep self-reflection, I reached a turning point: I began living for myself.

That period of self-discovery revealed my calling as a guide. My emotional capacity, the lessons I’ve learned through my struggles, and my drive for growth uniquely prepared me to support others. Along the way, I’ve gathered hard-earned wisdom about everything from cultivating healthy relationships to building financial stability. I know that every lesson is nuanced—what works for one person may not work for another—and my role is to help you find what feels true for you.

I’ve always been curious about people—their emotions, experiences, and stories. As a coach, I collaborate with clients to help them explore who they are and curate their lives in a way that feels authentic. My approach is gentle, flexible, and tailored to each person’s needs. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels supportive and sustainable, with your goals at the center.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy reading, hiking, biking, driving, watching movies and shows, and taking care of my pets, Chopstick and Oreo. I also love using my 3D printer for creative projects, connecting with friends, and having deep conversations about psychology, philosophy, and the human experience.

If you’re looking for a safe space to explore your dreams, reflect on your challenges, and create change in your life, I’d love to meet you. Fill out the contact form below, and let’s begin the conversation.

Thank you!

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. Please know that you don’t have to have the perfect words, the perfect questions, or even know exactly what you need.

If you’re curious about coaching, have questions, or just want to see if we’re a good fit, I’d love to hear from you. Please write me a message, and I’ll respond personally.

You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s figure it out together.
