Discover yourself in a safe space.

Many people I work with come to me feeling unsure of who they are, stuck in cycles of self-doubt, fear, or procrastination, and struggling to find the right words for their emotions or the right structures for their lives. Some are navigating neurodivergence or searching for healthier relationships and greater self-acceptance.

Through our work together, they begin to discover a clearer sense of identity, build trust in their own intuition, and find practical tools for managing energy, focus, and emotions. They learn to create supportive habits, set healthier boundaries, and connect more authentically with themselves and others. Most of all, they leave with a grounded sense of belonging and the safety to live in alignment with who they truly are.

Who I Work With

I work with teens and adults who are ready for a safe space to slow down, be seen, and begin to discover themselves.

Many of my clients come to me because they…

  • Feel unsure of who they are or where they’re headed

  • Struggle to build supportive habits or a solid foundation for life

  • Feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, procrastination, anxiety, or fear

  • Have trouble naming, understanding, or expressing their emotions

  • Want to create healthier, safer relationships but don’t know how

  • Long for self-acceptance and the confidence to advocate for themselves

  • Need strategies tailored to their neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, BPD)

  • Are exploring therapy options and want help finding the right fit

  • Desire coping skills, mindfulness tools, and nervous system regulation practices

  • Are navigating challenges like addiction, disassociation, or energy management

  • Want to reconnect with their intuition and build trust in themselves

  • Are searching for a grounded sense of identity—the answer to “Who am I?”

At the heart of it all, my clients are seeking emotional safety, clarity, and acceptance—and a space where they can belong just as they are. I help them build this safety holistically by addressing multiple areas of their lives—habits, relationships, environment, mindset, financial insecurity, and more—so they can feel supported on every level as they grow.

Hi, I’m Clayton!

I wasn’t always a life coach. I graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering, following the road that was expected of me. On the outside, I was “successful.” But inside, I felt empty. I hadn’t been taught how to be an adult, how to trust myself, or how to create a life that actually felt like mine.

Through years of navigating toxic relationships, constant change, and nearly a decade of weekly therapy, I slowly began to uncover who I truly was. It wasn’t easy—I had to learn self-trust, healthy connection, and emotional safety on my own.

That journey is why I became a life coach. I believe everyone deserves the chance to discover who they are in a safe, supportive space. A space where you can build identity, develop trust in yourself, and learn what healthy relationships look like.

My approach is gentle, grounded, compassionate, and collaborative. I want to earn your trust and tailor each session to your exact needs—whether that’s a focused one-time conversation or ongoing support for long-term growth. My goal is to make your path a little easier, and to remind you that you don’t have to walk it alone.
